About Setup Solutions LLC

Setup Solutions is made up of a staff of one; with a network of friends, professionals and a tech geek or two that enjoy technology and believe that "CMT" (Computer Magic Thing) should be for everyone.

Q. What qualifies me to help you?

A. I have over 25 years expertise as an independent manufacturers representative, supporting commercial and industrial construction trades. Throughout this time, I have developed skill sets in sales and marketing. Because of my passion for technology, I enjoy working with many software and hardware products that have proven practical applications for individuals & businesses with a return on investment.

Q. What drove me to start assisting others?

A. My desire to use computers and computer applications allows me the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to businesses. Streamlining tasks and improving access to customer information is both empowering and encouraging. It helps improve communication with customers and frees up more time for sales related activities. As I talk to other business associates and friends, I have determined that many of them share the same challenges and struggles keeping up with basic technology and the management of customer communications. This challenge continues to push my efforts to learn and assist others.

Q. How can I assist in your day to day operations?

A. The first step is taking an inventory of your systems and workflow process. This needs analysis will likely draw attention to areas that need to be addressed. One of the most common approaches I use when looking at a business, is to determine the top time consuming tasks and consider ways to automate, organize and streamline how work gets done. A good contact management or Contact Relationship Management (CRM) software package can pay for itself in short order; from helping to document conversations, to generating Christmas cards, mailing lists and labels. Q. Can I get help in my home?

A. I do in home training classes for individuals or couples. I also work with several in home businesses that use me to help with training and small business computer needs...from help in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, backups, upgrades, software installs, to full system rebuilds. Because I understand that many of my customers have other activities that demand their time between 9 to 5...I work evenings by appointment.
