Coming from the south, the fastest way is to take I-75 North, to exit 190, turn right on to ramp, traveling east on SR-61 to Standish, staying on US-23 and following it north for about 55 miles. As you arrive into Oscoda, you will cross over the Au Sable River and see the marina and boat launch just to the east, Division Street is just under a mile on your right/east. The cottage is at 224 Division Street.
